Renovation project for the purpose of keeping the original character of the apartment which belonged to 70’s yet feeling the freshness of renewed, polished and repaired materials.
The apartment was in a very bad state, it was enjoyable for me though that they knew the value of the style and they kept the original theme of it.
The two bathrooms were completely renewed along with the piping and electricity of the whole apartment.
New windows and security doors was added.
Cabinets of the kitchen all together new and in some areas repositioned.
floors were polished as they were valuable marble and the room with the wooden floor got repaired.
